Arrival times 

Rooms are available from 16:00 (4 pm). Checkout time is by 11 am at the latest.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation no later than 8 days before arrival date, we will refund your payment. 30 € will be kept for reservation fees. 

In case of cancellation within 8 days before arrival date, we will keep the payment in full.

Payment

• We may ask you to pay a down payment.
• You will pay the balance due at the end of your stay.
• We accept cash, bank transfers and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Personal data

The data collected as part of the reservation process are collected by "SC DU DOMAINE DE LA FLECHERE".  Under the French Act of January 6, 1978, the buyer has a right of access, rectification and opposition on the data collected.

Pets

Even though we love them very much, we would like to keep a maximum of comfort and cleanliness. For this reason, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Other

For your baby, we provide you with a cot and a changing mat (20€). At your request, we can also add a bed  for your children or teenagers (30 €). For everyone's comfort, our rooms and bathrooms are non smoking areas.
